Peanut Butter Granola



Preheat oven to 350 °FIn a bowl, mix:

  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup chickpea flour
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup melted plant butter or other oil

Spread evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes (or until golden preference).


Take out of the oven, drizzle over granola as desired:

  • peanut butter, or other nut butter

Let cool for 10+ minutes to get crunchy.

Storage & Use

Break up granola into desire-sized chunks and store in an airtight glass container in your pantry. Eat it as a snack, use as a cereal or as a topping on yogurt or smoothie bowl. Consume within 4 days.
