Whether it's the time of day, the quantity, or the ingredients I choose, I eat intuitively while being mindful of my food sources. As realistically as possible, I follow a whole food plant based diet with the aim to eat as much variety as I can in each food category and as many colors of produce as I can throughout every day following my hunger cues.

09:30 AM - Soy Chorizo Toast
Toasted sourdough, plant butter, soy chorizo (Trader Joe’s), and green onion with espresso.
01:20 PM - Trail Mix
Cashews, salted pumpkin seeds, fresh blueberries, and chocolate chunks.
05:00 PM - Chocolate Banana Protein Shake
Kale, bananas, oat milk, coconut water, ice, and Nuzest pea protein powder - Chocolate (Amazon).
08:00 PM - Aloo Gobi
Aloo gobi recipe on top of basmati rice, served along with:
✔ Side 1: Punjabi Samosas (from a local Indian Mart)
✔ Side 2: Spinach Pakora (from a local Indian Mart)
✔ Side 3: Indian Style Flatbread (Trader Joe’s)
✔ Sauce: Tamarind and Dates Chutney (sweet n’ sour sauce, from a local Indian Mart)
